- Courthouse Garage (151 Clay St): $4/hour or $10/day weekdays, open until 6 PM
- Garage closed weekends; street parking is free after 6 PM weekdays and on weekends
- Disabled permits park free
- Surface lot near Houston/Clay/Forsyth may be available (ask for attendant support)
- Do not park in the lot closest to the courthouse without paying (24/7 enforcement)

Why Solemnization Matters
A marriage license allows you to marry, but a legal ceremony must be performed for the marriage to be valid in Florida. Completing the certificate certifies that a ceremony was solemnized.
Q: Is it acceptable for a notary to complete the marriage certificate without actually performing a ceremony?
A: No. Completing the certificate is not the same as performing the ceremony.
